You Can Eat More
Than You Think.

A whole week of meals built around what your gut can handle, not the same four “safe” dinners on repeat.

Your specialist gave you a list of foods to avoid. FlexiDiet turns it into a varied weekly plan, a grocery list, and family-sized portions, all built around what your body can handle.

When Every Meal Feels Like a Risk,
You Stop Experimenting.

After a diagnosis, eating gets careful, then it gets small. Most people end up circling the same handful of meals they trust. That’s the real cost of uncertainty.

Plain rice. Steamed chicken. Boiled potato. Repeat.

It’s "safe," so you never stray, until you’re so bored of it you give up, and pay for it later.

One food is fine in a small portion and a trigger in a large one.

You shouldn't need a spreadsheet and three PDFs open just to figure out dinner.

The family eats one thing. You eat another, alone.

Two dinners every night isn't a plan. It's a second job nobody signed up for.

Variety, Inside Your Limits.

FlexiDiet was built to end the “what can I even eat?” loop by doing the meal-by-meal thinking your gut needs, so you don’t have to.

Tell Us What's Off the Table

Set your trigger foods, allergens, and anything your specialist flagged, just once. We remember it.

Get a Varied Week

Real recipes built around your numbers and your limits. A different plan every week, never a rotation of four.

Swap in Two Taps

Not sure about a meal, or just don't fancy it? Swap it for another option that still fits your restrictions.

One Safe Grocery List

Your whole week, auto-totalled into a single shopping list, with family-sized portions built in.

Built for Households

Eat With Your Family,
Not Around Them.

FlexiDiet plans one meal the whole household shares, then portions it per person. Yours respects your restrictions; theirs is just dinner. No short-order cooking, no eating something different alone at the bench.

  • One recipe, portioned for each person at the table
  • Your limits applied to your plate, not imposed on theirs
  • Leftovers reused automatically, so nothing's wasted

Why I Built This

“I was a nutritionist handing out meal plans. They worked for about a month, then people got bored, drifted back to their handful of safe meals, and the symptoms came back with them. A plan you can’t live with isn’t a plan.”

“So I built the thing that ends that cycle: a plan that rebuilds itself every week with food you actually want to eat, works around whatever your body can’t handle, and never goes stale. That’s the whole point of FlexiDiet.”

Give Your Patients Somewhere to Go.

You tell them what to avoid. We help them work out what to actually eat, with enough variety that they stick with it between visits. Refer once; we handle the rest.

  • Somewhere to send patients after the appointment, instead of a photocopied food list
  • We do the meal-by-meal teaching you don't have 15 minutes for
  • Patients set the restrictions you advise; we plan variety around them
  • Share one link, with no software for your practice to manage

Questions, Answered Honestly.

Is This a Medical or Low-FODMAP App?
No. FlexiDiet is a meal-planning tool, not a clinical or diagnostic one. You set your own restrictions, trigger foods and allergens (including the ones your specialist advised), and we build varied, balanced plans around them. Always follow your gastroenterologist or dietitian's guidance on what to include or avoid.
Can I Set Specific Trigger Foods to Avoid?
Yes. During setup you tell us what's off the table: individual ingredients, allergens, or whole food groups. Every plan, swap and grocery list is built to respect those choices, and you can update them any time your needs change.
Will It Replace My Dietitian?
No, and it's not meant to. Think of FlexiDiet as the day-to-day execution layer: your specialist sets the strategy, and we turn it into meals, portions and shopping lists so you can actually live it between appointments.
I'm Newly Diagnosed and Don't Know My Triggers Yet. Can I Still Use It?
You can. Start with the restrictions you do know, keep your plan simple, and tighten or loosen it as you and your specialist learn more. The point is to give you a varied, manageable starting place instead of a blank page.

Stop Eating the Same Four Meals.

Build your first gut-friendly week in about ten minutes. Set your limits, see the variety, and eat with confidence again, free to start.
